Employer Terms and Conditions


  • Based on employer subscription in iidjobs.com, Employer will get CV’s for Permanent employees from the iidjobs.com

  • Once employees get placed permanently by the employer through iidjobs.com. Employer has to pay one-month employee salary (Total annual CTC will be divided to 1month, 1month CTC will be paid) to iidjobs.com. iidjobs.com will charge only after employee serves the employer for 15 days from the date of joining.

  • iidjobs.com will raise the invoice for the service provided to the employer and iidjobs.com will not be responsible after an employee works with the employer for 30 days.

  • If an employee leaves the company after 30 days of the joining date, employer has to raise a query for new employee either by mail or by post or by any means of communication that should reach the iidjobs.com concerned person to start the hiring process a fresh. iidjobs.com will start hiring process for the employer only, If the employer is within the subscription period. Or else employer has to subscribe once again at iidjobs.com website for the employees.

  • iidjobs.com takes minimum 14 working days from the date of communication received by the employer to hire a new employee of desired profile.

  • If the employer has subscribed for PREMIUM, Employer will get 150 CVs / Resumes from iidjobs.com to the subscribed email id or Employer can take 50 CVs in three slots within three months.

  • CTC and offer letter from Employers has to be sent to iidjobs on selection of a suitable candidate. iidjobs will further pass on the letter to candidate.

  • Employer has the freedom to contact from the CVs provided for their selected packages, However, if an employer requests iidjobs.com through the PREMIUM package to find the suitable candidate for a specific job position, then all the above mentioned clauses of this terms and conditions will be applicable.
